To drive professionalisation and increased competence in HR, we are now offering a two-day session for HR Professionals to perform HR Audits within their own companies to ensure business alignment and implementing best HR practices. This strengthen HR’s creditability which provide HR internal quality assurance within your employer, as HR Risks are identified, prioritised and managed within the system.


As in-depth HR experience & skills are essential to become an HR Auditor, the requirements are:

  • Must have attended the SABPP HRM Standards training.
  • 5 years HR generalist experience

Day 1

Day 2

HR Audit process, rating, scoring, findings, recommendations, audit report, role plays, using the electronic HR Auditing tool, writing the report and communicate it to stakeholders, review reports, feedback, continuous improvement, preparation for SABPP external quality assurance audit.
